It is with a very heavy heart that I write this tribute to a very special woman. I still cannot believe my G.MAMA is gone.

There is not one person that I have had interactions with over the years of my life so far that does not know of my dear Grandma. This is to show the uniqueness and the depth of our relationship.

My siblings and I cannot tell the stories of our lives without describing the very essential and critical role that G.MAMA played in raising us. Arole that she played ever graciously even later with our wives, husband and her great-grandchildren. Grandma was not just a Grandmother to us, she was a mother, a sister and even a friend.

She was a bridge builder, always at the forefront to sacrifice for others and sue for peace in every situation even to her own detriment at times.

One thing I am eternally grateful for are the memories we shared which will last forever. One of which was very recently on a short trip back to Lagos. I stopped by to see Grandma and share some time with her as we always do. When I was about to leave, G.MAMA prayed for me as usual as the prayer warrior that we know her to be. This prayer session was different and I felt moved like never before. Little did I know that God was already preparing her for an eternal journey with him.

Grandma I will hold onto those prayers for the rest of my life and I would find solace in the fact that though we love you so much, God loves you more. Please continue to watch over us all.

I pray that you rest well till we meet again. Heaven has just gained an Angel. Love you always G.MAMA!!!!!!!!!
